Chris Lahman Advances to Product Leadership Role as Adam Dinges Returns to Lead Futura

The organizational enhancements position Chris Lahman, Adam Dinges, and Nick Gwinn in expanded roles that leverage their unique expertise and deep industry knowledge. These changes reflect the organization’s continued commitment to serving the evolving needs of the utility industry.

Chris Lahman Takes on New Role as Senior Product Manager
Chris Lahman, Executive Vice President of Futura since 2023, has assumed a new role as Senior Product Manager, where he will focus on guiding the development and success of the entire Futura product suite. In this role, Chris will leverage his deep technical expertise and holistic understanding of the platform to ensure Futura’s solutions continue to meet the evolving needs of their customers and the broader utility industry.

Adam Dinges Returns as Senior Vice President of Futura
Alongside Chris’ transition to a product-focused leadership role, Adam Dinges has been appointed Senior Vice President of Futura. Adam previously led Futura from 2013 to 2021 and brings a wealth of experience and a deep personal connection to the business.

“As I return to this role, I’m focused on listening, learning where we are today, and working together to drive smart improvements,” said Adam. “I look forward to working closely with Chris as we continue to deliver the trusted solutions and responsive service that define Futura.”

Nick Gwinn to Lead Enterprise Consulting
Continuing the repositioning of Futura’s leadership, Nick Gwinn has been named Vice President of Enterprise Consulting. In this role, Nick will lead the Enterprise Consulting team as they collaborate with members and customers to deliver strategic utility messaging, specialized reporting, workflow optimization, staff onboarding, and process improvement. Nick previously led Futura’s Professional Services team and is well known for his customer-first approach and dedication to delivering real value.
